Damaged Items: We do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your product arrives damaged we will look into the issue on a case by case basis.

Incorrect Items: WWe are humans too and sometime we do make mistake though the chances are extremely rare, we promise. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will send you the correct item ASAP and bear the cost of postage for you to return the incorrect item. The item has to be returned to us in the original condition unopened/unused.

11. What if the colour does not look the same as shown on your website?

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colour swatches shown on this website. Whilst every effort is made to either source or create the best possible makeup colour swatch, there are other variables such as the computer or device you are using to view the website. All computer monitors display colour slightly differently, and they are not generally colour-calibrated for faithful reproduction.This means that the swatch you are viewing will probably look different than a physical sample of the product. We urge you to research the item you are considering for purchase, many beauty blogs will do exhaustive reviews and will often have more information on the products.
